The Sutton Crisis Café offers out-of-hours support to adults in Sutton whose mental health is becoming overwhelming.  We provide a safe, non-clinical, supportive environment to people experiencing a mild to moderate mental health crisis, as an alternative to attending A&E.

    What to expect

Before you come, we ask that you contact us and give us a little information about what is going on for you and how you would like us to help.

    Activities

While we are called a Crisis Café, we don't really offer food - although a cup of tea can be very helpful. And don't expect lots of activities - if you want yoga, art or mindfulness, we offer those in our daytime service at the Belmont Connect.
You can do this yourself, by using the self-referral form.
